Atari CX2679

Atari's Realsports series brought a number of sports to the 2600 console, including improvements on some pretty simplistic initial releases. If you were a basketball fan, then you were probably hoping that Atari would improve on its pathetic release of Basketball. Well, they did jsut that, but for some reason it never got released. This is a 2 on 2 game with characters and play similar to the other Realsports games. The rules are sort of like soccer - I player uses the upper half of the court, while the other moves around the lower court. Note that Atari did eventually release a second basketball game, Double Dunk
