Championship Soccer for the Atari 2600 by Polyvox
1979 Polyvox
Atari's first soccer game, Championship Soccer, was endorsed by Pele from the start, so it was no supprise that its name was eventually changed to Pele's Soccer. The soccer players in this game don't look too much like soccer players, but it's quite playable. It's kind of like those old hand held LCD games. You view the playing field from the top and maneuver your players to kick the ball into the other player's goal.
Polyvox released games in europe during the 80s.
This game came from Brazil and is labeled "(Futebal)".
