    1982 Intellivision

After Mattel spun off it's electronics division, many M-Network games were sold under the INTV name. This is one of those games. The basic label often makes people think that this is a very rare game or prototype, but that's not the case.

Mattel's baseball game is similar to Atari's Realsports Baseball, but slightly less advanced. The eight outfielders are controlled independently by using the joystick to pick which one you want to move. This can make fielding the ball pretty difficult. Pitches can be fast or slow, inside or outside, and the ball can be adjusted mid-flight (curve). Standard baseball rules apply to this nine-inning game.
