This game was created by Atari, relabled, and sold at Sears.
This game was originally sold with driving controllers, which are basically the same as paddle controllers, but they can be turned in one direction indefinitely. You will need them to race your car around the various tracks. One player games race against the clock. Also includes Crash n' Score (be the first to crash into 50 blocks), Tag, and Ice Race.
