Shark Attack for the Atari 2600 by Cromax
Cromax
Originally named Lochjaw, Shark Attack is another Pac-Man-like game. But in this case, you collect the dots (jewels) and bring them back to the shark cage to get credit for them. Meanwhile, a shark will appear out of nowhere and swim across the screen. If you're in its way, consider yourself lunch. Later in the game, the Loch Ness Monster comes out of one of the side tunnels and chases you around. To get rid of the monster, lead it back to a tunnel.
