1984 Atari CX26125 (CX26127 on label is wrong)

Track & Field includes six events: the 100m dash, long jump, javelin, 110m hurdles, hammer throw, and high jump. You must make a qualifying score in each event in order to move on to the next event. The game was originally packaged with a special controller for use in simulating running. To gain speed, the two buttons had to be pushed sequentially over and over as quickly as possible. A joystick can be substituted for this controller, where the two buttons are simulated by left and right joystick movement.
