1988 Atari CX26143

This was a re-release of the game of the same name originally marketed by Coleco. In one of the original arcade games, Mario (of later Nintendo fame) must climb up a scaffold to rescue his girlfriend from the big monkey dude. Mario has to dodge barrels that the ape rolls down at him. In the second stage, Mario disassembles a structure, which knocks the ape onto his head. Then you start all over again. The ape in this adaptation of the arcade game looks particularly threatening.
