Spider Fighter for the Atari 2600 by Activision

Spider fighter is a fast-paced version of the standard "shoot bad things with your gun thing" ala Space Invaders, etc. In this case, the bad things are spiders, and the gun thing is a "bug blaster". The object of the game is to protect your fruit from the spiders that will come down and steal it if you're not good enough. All in all, it's a fun game. Score 40,000 and get a Spider Fighter patch.
